GREG PARK is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Accounting. Graduated in 1992 and went to work for The Associates in Las Colinas where he worked in the Mortgage Relocation Division assisting both private industry and government relocating employees in obtaining residential mortgages for the purchase of their new homes in their new locations. Incorporated Park Lending Services Inc. d.b.a. American Mortgage Company in 1999 and has been in operation ever since.
Trula McNamer Growing up mostly in Texas, a daughter of a father in the Air Force and a mother, a retired banker, Trula McNamer always understood the value of hard work and dedication. As a Mortgage Professional for American Mortgage Company, her hard work has certainly paid off in spades. She is currently the Marketing and Sales Administrator assisting in all aspects. Her ability to make customers and clients feel at ease, as well as her ability to think outside the box has earned her a stellar reputation among the AMC Team and referral partners. In 6-months, Trula and the AMC team have funded over $25 million in transactions. She attributes her team’s enormous success and growth to her strategic alliances with realtors, investors and referral partners, who appreciate her commitment to service. Trula has enjoyed being a resident of DFW for the last 25 years. While she’s not busy helping her team and customers, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her EIGHT grandchildren.
SEAN HENCHEY is a licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Originator and Certified Mortgage Planner. He has been serving individuals and families mortgage needs since 1998. His simple goal is to exceed his clients expectations every step of the way through the Loan process. He truly believes that he is not just in the business of doing loans. Sean sees his primary role as helping borrowers integrate the mortgage loan they select in to their overall long and short term financial goals as well as payment and equity objectives.
GREG FLYNN is a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) and a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator (“RMLO”). Greg graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting. Prior to joining American Mortgage, Greg was a Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) in the healthcare industry. Greg brings his financial expertise and customer service approach to the mortgage and lending process. Greg has resided in Collin County for over 25 years and has a sophomore at the University of Oklahoma and a senior at McKinney Boyd High School.
James Hoglen is one of AMC’s top originators for the past 10 years and has lived in Texas for 20 years now. He claims he has lived in Texas longer than anywhere else and considers himself a Texan now! Originally from Ft Jackson South Carolina however, James’ father is retired military, and growing up, he appreciated living on various Army bases (born in South Carolina, then Germany, Georgia, then Oklahoma). Probably one of the biggest reasons for his allegiance for working for our VETS…. Serving those who Serve our country! He has been married for 18 years and is a proud father of 2-daughters in Frisco ISD, Michaela Jaymes and Quinn Denise which is also why James is highly active in the Community working with Teachers offering specialty home loan programs and expert advice.
Gaby Lockhart is a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer with American Mortgage Company,
having received her license in mortgage origination in 2013. She chose to work with American
Mortgage Company due to their ethics and integrity, along with the many choices it allows her to
provide her clients. Gaby devotes herself to finding just the right mortgage for you so you can
fulfill your dream of owning a home. She has a master’s degree in Business, Economics, and
Leadership. Gaby is active in her community and an award-winning leader. She is the proud
recipient of the Humanitarian Award from the Founders Lions Club for 2013-2014, the Pride
Integrity Greatness Award from Leadership Wichita Falls in 2011, and the Bold award in 2014.
She proudly became a United States citizen in June 2006. As one who knows the value of the
American dream, she is always ready to help others achieve their American dream of home

the most difficult of situations. She is a strong advocate for her clients, not the bank. If your

home loan. She uses her skill and connections on your behalf whether that be talking to the
underwriter on your behalf when buying a home or finding investors for your commercial

Along with her roles as a mortgage loan originator and community service member, Gaby is a
wife and mother of two. She speaks her native German and of course is fluent in English. In her
spare time, she loves to cook, read, knit, take walks, and have great conversation. She has
worked hard to serve her family, church, and clients in a way that she can be proud of. In her
own words, “There have been challenges in this life. As a young woman I was always told I
could not achieve anything, but today I have my degree, speak English in addition to German,
and have accomplished all I have set my mind to. No is never an answer for me. If one person
can’t help, I am always looking for the next person that can provide a solution. I am here to help
anyone that needs help both in business and in life.”
